Spicer Lawyers is based in the Central Business District of Melbourne and we appear regularly in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts in Melbourne, as well as the Equal Opportunity Commission, Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) and Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT). We also frequently appear in all suburban Courts and in country Courts throughout Victoria. We also have visiting offices in Frankston, Geelong and Werribee by appointment only. Our lawyers regularly visit clients at all major prisons including the Melbourne Custody Centre, Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, Metropolitan Remand Centre, MAP, Port Phillip Prison and Barwon, as well as the various country prisons. We have access to a direct video conferencing facility with most prisons to enable more frequent conferences with clients who are in custody. We are easily contactable by telephone and should we not be available to take your call immediately, our reception staff will provide us with the details of your call which we will return at the first available opportunity.
